Federal Planning Minister Julio de Vido received treatement today at Otamendi private medical center after suffering an abdominal hemorrhage. Medical reports said de Vido is “stable” and will be transferred from intensive care to a general service room.

“Medical patient Julio De Vido has been hospitalized under the intensive care service as a consequence of a digestive hemorrhage. His evolution is positive. The bleeding has been controlled, while clinic and lab analysis show adequate results. He will be transferred shortly to a general service room,” reads the medical report revealed.

Although news about De Vido’s condition were confirmed today, the minister was hospitalized in the Otamendi clinic in the Buenos Aires City neighbourhood of Recoleta yesterday afternoon.
